What is the difference between Starter and Professional?
Starter is the branded agency website plus the Insurance Confidence Center Lite — the Coverage Confidence Check and four calculators: Replacement Cost Reality Check, Deductible Shock Check, Umbrella Gap Illustrator and Business Interruption Runway. Professional adds the full Center — all 23 calculators across personal and commercial lines — plain-English explanations on every result, the agent portal, and a larger prospect allowance.
What counts as a prospect?
An identified visitor — someone our identification layer named from your anonymous traffic, or someone who completed a coverage check, ran a calculator, or requested a quote and gave their details. Each plan includes an allowance per month; beyond it, $2 each.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your ProspectMatch dashboard; the Center follows the tier both directions.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time.
Do you build the site, or do I?
